How Big Is A 26 Inch Suitcase

The last cruise in San Blas

Here come the new guests warmed by a magnificent sun.

We are happy because we can get some good weather anchor going in search of new access roads.

'll go to the bottom of the fjord Cayo Holandes then going for a walk collecting shells on the low sandbanks at low tide.

The scenario is lunar and it seems to be alone in the world.

In the afternoon we go to fish close to the outer reef in a depth of just over two meters that at first glance it seemed easy to reach, but without interest.

The current is strong and fatigue after taking an area with some nice coral heads begin to see huge shoals around Parga reds, Carite (king macarel) whizzing curious and huge schools of jacks circling us.

The first to come is a nice shot pargo red, then it is the turn of trevally and I'll take 'three respectable. Around now is full of black tip reef sharks and nurse and more than once I sat down with the fish and throw the shark in the middle ready to jump on its prey.

The water is low, clear and bright. A huge quantity of fish of each species is divided by the area I'll have a dozen sharks' often stung with the harpoon to remove from the target trajectory.

back on board with the most spectacular of the season caught and in the eyes of exciting and unforgettable images.

Needless to say, what we had for dinner. Carpaccio of jacks and pargo grilled accompanied by a fresh prosecchino. Life is not easy ... for the fish!

continue the tour and when we start the way back, we feel Enzo on VHF.

"When you think of leaving?" He asks. "The idea is to prepare and put in st.by by next weekend." "Well, too bad," he says. "Tuesday 'will open a window and it was pretty good time to cross."

few minutes of panic to realize that we can not risk losing this opportunity.

We still have two days of cruising but if we give in we can try to be ready to leave Tuesday 'Wednesday at the latest'.

Ok, you can 'do!

We enjoy the last few days in San Blas, but already beginning to mentalizing at the start and taking advantage of smooth sailing to carry out controls on some equipment.

We are back to Narganà. Our friends take their way home with a heavy heart. We had a very relaxing day and we are very pleased to have responded to their email that brought us together in this corner of the world.

Next meeting: Grenadines!
