Desnudos En Television




This is a recipe for really simple side dish that can be accomplished in minutes.


INGREDIENTS
mushrooms (I used the big ones typical of the Murgia and gray)
breadcrumbs to taste
extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper

PROCEDURE
Wash the mushrooms well and discard the stem (which can later be used for soups, risottos etc ...). Grease a pan with olive oil and place mushrooms in a Single strato.Cospargere mushrooms with plenty of bread crumbs, season with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Put in oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
