Pappardelle with mushrooms, asparagus and mushrooms baked shrimp


you the recipe that I prepared for all the days of my birthday .. one of my favorites: D

INGREDIENTS 500 gr.
500 grams of mushrooms.
asparagus 500 gr. d shrimp
600 gr. pappardelle egg
white wine 1 shallot
extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper

PROCEDURE
Wash mushrooms and asparagus and cut into tocchetti.In a large pan, sauté shallots in a fund of oil. As soon as the shallot is golden add the mushrooms and asparagus, sprinkle with white wine, salt and finish cooking by adding water. Add the prawns which have previously removed the shell and head cook for another 5-10 minuti.Nel meanwhile cook pappardelle in salted water. Drain al dente and toss in pan with the mixture of shrimp, asparagus and funghi.Se must use the water used to cook all ingredienti.Servire pasta.Amalgamare good with a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper.
